Join the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club as we raise money for our many local and international community service projects by presenting:

The 3rd Annual Brewers Bazaar
A beer tasting event in downtown Stillwater.
Saturday, May 16th, 2009
Noon – 5pm
At the historic Water Street Inn.

Beer…on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in downtown Stillwater.
Beer…on the deck of the Water Street Inn over looking the river.
Beer…while enjoying the great artists on display at the Rivertown Art Festival.
Beer…from the region’s finest brewers:

Tickets will be $25 each and include entrance to the event, a 10oz. pilsner for beer tasting and a brat. In addition, you are welcome to come and go as you please throughout the event while enjoying the River Town Art Festival.

The 2008 event attracted over 400 people to the Water Street Inn and raised over $9,000 for our Club's serivce projects.

Help support our Club through an event sponsorship.  With the success of the Brewers Bazaar, we were able to offer the following exposure for our 2008 sponsors:

• 400+ Event Attendees
• 5,300 postcards where delivered via the Courier Newspaper to surrounding households.
• Brewers Bazaar ads ran in the Stillwater Gazette, The Courier (total of 18,000 households) and St. Paul Pioneer Press (50,000 households)
• Local radio station WNIX provided 6 live radio spots
• KS95 provided information about Bazaar on website and community calendar.
• 6500 postcards where printed and distributed by Rotarians to friends, family, clients.
• Stillwater Sunrise Rotary listed information on website
• Web links placed on regional and national beer tasting site
• Stillwater Chamber of Commerce added information on their press releases, advertising and website.
• Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild sent information about Bazaar to their email list (8,000)
