President Ken McGinley awarded a Honorary Membership in the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary to Noelle Volin, our Japan Peace Scholar. Noelle has finished her task as Peace Scholar and is now back in the Twin Cities attending Hamiline University. “We are so proud of what you have done as a Peace Scholar plus representing Stillwater Sunrise all over the world “, said President Ken,  “ that it seems only appropriate that we give you this membership, so we can have the pleasure of your company at our meetings each month.”
